Therapy is a space where you do not have to have all the answers. It is where you can take a breath, be yourself, and explore what is really going on without judgment or pressure. Emotionally Focused Therapy

More About Bella

I work with individuals and couples who are navigating pivotal moments such as starting something new, letting something go, or trying to figure out what comes next. Many of my clients come to me feeling overextended, disconnected from their values, or uncertain about the big decisions in front of them. Together we slow things down, explore what matters most, and build a plan that turns clarity into action.

My Approach

I believe meaningful change happens when therapy is both a safe harbor and a launchpad. Our work begins with truly understanding your story, including your challenges, strengths, and the values that guide you. From there we collaborate on clear goals that feel doable, not overwhelming.

My style is warm, curious, and interactive. I ask thoughtful questions to help you see patterns, identify what is keeping you stuck, and uncover possibilities you may not have considered. I also provide practical tools such as strategies to manage stress, scripts for setting boundaries, and exercises to help you slow down and make decisions from a grounded place.
I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices, adjusting my approach to match your personality, pace, and needs. If you are feeling lost, I help you reconnect to your values and sense of self. If you are ready for change, I help you take intentional steps forward.

When working with couples, I integrate The Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to create an environment where both partners feel heard and understood. We focus on improving communication, repairing ruptures, and building a secure, resilient foundation whether you are preparing for marriage, navigating conflict, or seeking deeper connection.

Why Clients Choose to Work With Me

Open-Minded and Relatable: My background includes working in health tech, living abroad in Japan, and serving neurodiverse youth and families. These experiences make me culturally aware, adaptable, and genuinely curious about people’s stories.

Safe, Judgment-Free Space: I meet you exactly where you are whether you are ready to dive in or just starting to explore.

Values-Driven Change: I help you identify what truly matters to you and align your choices with those values for lasting fulfillment.

What You Can Expect

Our sessions are a blend of reflection, validation, and forward momentum. My hope is that you will leave therapy feeling heard, understood, and empowered with a clearer understanding of yourself, stronger emotional tools, and the confidence to navigate whatever comes next.
