When you decide to invest in therapy, it’s an indication that you’re ready for change. As your therapists, we partner with you to support you in achieving your goals in the most efficient way possible.
Payment is due at the beginning of each session.
Many of our clients benefit from a short-term treatment approach. This approach is generally to address a specific goal or obstacle, and usually plays out over about 10 to 15 sessions.
Following the initial phase, many clients may choose to continue with ongoing therapy as part of their self-care routine. If you do decide to carry on, we will work with you to determine the best individualized treatment plan to help you meet your goals.
During our initial consultation, we will create an individualized treatment plan as well as an estimated timeline for how long therapy may take. These determinations are based solely on your presenting concerns, which may change over time.
At this time, we cannot accept insurance payments.
However, your insurance may offer a reimbursement for the fees you pay; please contact your provider directly to see if that’s an option for you. If needed, we are happy to provide detailed invoices as well as any other supporting documentation required for reimbursement.
We also accept flex spend and health savings accounts.
We now offer online therapy through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Perhaps you have health issues, or maybe you travel for work. Some people just want extra support in-between sessions, and online therapy can be a good fit for that.

Saturday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
The office is closed on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.

The nearest cross-streets are Blaine and Queen Anne Ave N. There is plenty of free parking in front of the building, as well as ample street parking on side streets in the neighborhood.
