Psychotherapy and Counseling Services for Individuals, Couples, and Families

About Our Practice
Anchor Light Therapy is a comprehensive behavioral health agency in Seattle’s Uptown neighborhood. Our collaborative team offers high-quality, compassionate care, and our thriving practice is growing to meet the increasing demand for behavioral health services. We’re actively seeking qualified, ethical, motivated therapists who are passionate about their work and eager to join a collaborative team.
Our integrated care model takes a holistic approach to client support, and our therapists engage in interdisciplinary consultations to ensure clients receive the most effective, evidence-based treatment. If you’re a clinician who values a strong sense of community, enjoys collaborating with coworkers, and thrives in a team environment, Anchor Light Therapy may be the place for you.
We handle the administrative tasks, including client scheduling, billing, and operations, so you can focus on providing high-quality therapy. Weekly consultations encourage a collaborative approach to treatment planning and problem-solving. Clinicians from different modalities meet on different days, allowing staff to attend as many consultations as they’d like. Anchor Light Therapy also provides clinical supervision hours to meet licensure requirements.
We’re looking for therapists who value teamwork, enjoy contributing and collaborating with a team, and are committed to evidence-based practices. If you’re looking for a community that supports your professional growth and enables you to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to have you join the team.
