More About Kellen

Hello, I’m Kellen, and I’m passionate about supporting individuals and couples on their journey to mental well-being. Growing up amidst the natural beauty of Washington State, my path into mental health advocacy has been shaped by a variety of life experiences.

I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling from City University and am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from the renowned Beck Institute. My mission is to empower individuals on their paths to healing and self-discovery, offering guidance and support tailored to each unique journey.

Individual Therapy:
I work with individuals facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore thoughts and feelings, gain insights, and develop effective coping strategies. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), I help clients build resilience and achieve their personal goals.

Couples Therapy:
I specialize in helping couples navigate relationship struggles, improve their emotional connection, and overcome trauma. Using the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, I assist couples in enhancing communication, rebuilding trust, and fostering intimacy. Whether you’re experiencing conflict, recovering from infidelity, or seeking to strengthen your relationship, I provide the tools and support for a healthier, more satisfying partnership.

My experiences, including serving honorably in the Marine Corps, have given me a deep understanding of human resilience and vulnerability. Supporting Military Veterans, First Responders, and Police personnel holds a special place in my heart. Whether you’re dealing with the aftermath of traumatic experiences or seeking support for ongoing mental health challenges, I offer understanding, compassion, and effective therapeutic strategies tailored to your needs.

I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, CPT, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Existential Psychotherapy. My collaborative and personalized approach aims to foster growth, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose in every client.

Let’s embark on this journey of healing and transformation together. You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone—I’m here to support you every step of the way.
