More About Bella
I recognize the vulnerability it takes for each of us to seek healing and growth. Throughout our time together, I will meet you where you are and hold space for your unique life experiences as we navigate what brought you to therapy.
During our first few sessions, we will identify a therapeutic plan tailored to you. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy. When working with couples, my approach is informed by both the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to strengthen relationships and explore connections in greater depth.
I spent the majority of my life on the East Coast and obtained my Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Psychology before beginning a career in health-tech in Boston. After a few years, I moved to Japan, where I taught English for a little over a year. I then relocated to Seattle to attend the University of Washington and pursue a career as a therapist. During my graduate studies, I provided individual, family, and group services to neurodiverse youth and their families.
In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors with friends, exploring new places, and reading.
