About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and compassionate associate therapists (LMHCA, LSWAIC, LMFTA) to join our dynamic and supportive team. This role is ideal for associate clinicians who are passionate about growth and learning. At Anchor Light, we foster a collaborative environment where you will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of dedicated therapists. We prioritize professional development by offering weekly supervision with a Washington State-approved supervisor, multiple consultation groups, and ongoing opportunities for advanced training in evidence-based therapies, including the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and EMDR.
As an Associate Clinician, you will focus on providing quality therapy services while we handle administrative tasks like billing, scheduling, and client acquisition. You will work onsite for the majority of the week, with the option to work remotely one day per week. You will maintain a caseload of at least 25 direct client hours per week. With our base salary of $63,000, plus a weekly bonus structure for those who see 21 or more direct client hours, Associate Clinicians at Anchor Light Therapy typically earn $70,000 to $80,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches such as the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
- Develop and maintain collaborative treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress.
- Conduct assessments and ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in one-hour weekly license supervision and consultation groups, contributing to a culture of learning and support.
- Collaborate with a team of therapists, sharing insights, strategies, and support to enhance client care.
- Attend ongoing professional development opportunities, including training in EFT, Gottman Method, and more.
- Provide therapy onsite for the majority of the week, with one remote workday option available for those who choose.
