Hi! I’m Roza as a therapist, I believe in the power of sharing one’s stories. As a woman of color, I understand the value of creating a safe space where individuals can be themselves without fear of judgment. I believe that therapy can be a transformative experience where clients can discover their true selves and embrace their unique identities.
I completed my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from Seattle University. My passion lies in working with first-generation immigrants, couples, and individuals to help them navigate their experiences and find their voices. I use a multicultural approach and Narrative therapy to work with individuals affected by systemic racism, religion, and cultural discrimination.
Empathy is a cornerstone of my practice, and I strive to understand and acknowledge my clients’ experiences. I also believe that therapy is a collaborative effort, and I work with my clients to help them discover who they want to be in the world.
I would describe myself as empathetic, optimistic, and an advocate. I care deeply about advocating when injustice occurs, acknowledging people’s experiences, and helping people discover and be who they want to be. I’m committed to helping my clients find their inner strength and resilience, and I’m honored to be a part of their journey toward healing and growth.
