Roza is a first-generation immigrant and ciswoman of color who believes therapy is a safe space that allows people to be themselves without judgment. With empathy and care, she hopes to create an environment that will enable people to embrace the unique identities they hold and be who they want to be in the world. As a Muslim Black woman, she believes the different identities people hold shapes their perspective and life experiences. Roza completed a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from Seattle University. Using a multicultural approach and Narrative therapy Roza is interested in working with first generations, immigrants couple, individual and individuals affected by systemic racism, religion and cultural discrimination.
