More About Beth

Together we will work to identify your goals, consider what growth might look like, and begin on our path forward.

I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS)-Informed clinician integrating parts work, polyvagal theory, and mindfulness techniques to increase awareness, compassion, and a felt sense of safety. I am further trained in trauma-informed grief treatment and trauma-informed stabilization techniques that I integrate into my work. I utilize these techniques and theories to help you achieve your unique treatment goals.

My intention as a therapist is to provide a safe base to foster growth, hope, and confidence. I am energized by working with adults and couples new to therapy and folks navigating the waters of grief and loss.

The path toward my clinical career has been both non-linear and highly rewarding. I have experience volunteering in service of survivors of sexual assault and clinical experience in community mental health serving folx with co-occurring substance use and mental health needs.

Outside of my clinical work, I tend to my plants, bicycle around the PNW, and hunt for antique glassware.
