“My main priority is to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and inviting space to explore whatever it is that brought you to therapy. Your life, relationships, and experiences make you unique and it is my privilege to be able to walk alongside you in your journey. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I will meet you wherever you are at in your process of self-awareness and growth. My approach emphasizes authenticity, curiosity, humor, collaboration, and tons of self-compassion to help you explore your questions.”

More About Aidan

Navigating life and relationships can be a difficult process that requires guidance and support. My first and foremost goal is to create a safe, empathetic, and warm space to help explore whatever issues brought you here. It is my hope as your therapist to offer guidance and support to help you find ways to nurture your relationship with yourself, as well as with others. It is my passion to empower others to extend the same love and empathy they would towards others onto themselves. We all need reminders that our needs are just as important as others, and it is my goal to support you in that practice.
My approach emphasizes working with emotions as they arise in the present by utilizing our somatic experiences to get in touch with our nervous system, as well as emphasizing our feelings and experiences as “parts” of us that make us whole. My therapeutic style is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I believe in taking small steps and walking before running. I offer a compassionate, warm, direct, and curious approach, and always gently encourage my clients to show up as their most authentic selves.
When I am not seeing clients, I enjoy writing music, running, improv, cooking, reading, and ceramics. I love nerding out about history, guitar pedals, podcasts, and the Enneagram.
