Positive mental health and balance are my passions, and helping people achieve both is what drives me. I believe that true wellness comes in community and relationship – we can’t be whole on our own. Because of that, I am finishing my master’s degree in couple and family therapy in order to help people achieve their optimal mental health
I work with adolescents, individuals, families and couples, and am trans and LGBTQ+ affirming. I am deeply committed to anti-racism, both in my personal and professional life. I use a variety of therapy techniques to help my clients move towards their best selves, including attachment theory, Narrative Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy with a Trauma lens focus, the Gottman Method and many family systems frameworks.
