Online therapy is a great way to access the treatment you need from the comfort of your home—or wherever you might be. People opt for online therapy for any number of reasons: perhaps they do not drive, they have mobility issues, they’re not comfortable in unfamiliar environments, they travel for work, or perhaps the pandemic is making it difficult or impossible for them to go places.

Maybe you’re new to our practice, or maybe you’re already engaged in therapy with one of us. Either way, you may be initially hesitant or uncomfortable with the remote aspect of online therapy. We want you to know that in our experience, folks find it easy to settle in once they allow themselves to give it a try. If you have concerns, we’d be happy to answer any questions you may have before we begin.
