More About Nicole

I was born and raised in a small town in Indiana. However, the PNW has been my home for the last eight years. I started my career in cosmetology and while I did not feel passionate about styling hair, I soon realized I loved working with clients, supporting them, and hearing their stories. I slowly started to recognize that I had the ability to help others feel better about themselves and realize their own strengths and desires. This led me to shift my focus from helping clients with how they look on the outside to how they feel on the inside.

As someone who struggled with an eating disorder and negative self-image, I feel truly passionate about helping others make themselves a priority and heal their own relationship with food and their bodies. I work with clients to help them identify and resolve whatever is holding them back from achieving their own personal goals. I am a certified nutrition coach and hypnotherapist. My mission is to help others understand their innate strengths, passions, and truly accept and love themselves.
