More About Eliza
I aim to provide a welcoming and open environment where I will both support you where you are now and encourage growth. As your therapist, I strive to develop a relationship in session that models the kind of communication, connection, and empowerment that you can expect from the rest of your life. We can work together to learn what you need out of therapy and how to make each session most beneficial. I believe in a style of therapy that is both dynamic and consistent.
I am someone who wants to get the most out of life by prioritizing loving relationships, having fun, and pursuing a rewarding career. I am from Seattle, moved to Ohio for a bachelor’s degree, and have been back in Seattle for the past 10 years. I spent most of this time working in the corporate world and went back to school for a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling.
Outside of therapy work, I like to spend time with loved ones, get outside, go to shows, see new places, and hang out with my two cats. If you would like to learn more about working with me or have any questions please schedule a consultation. I look forward to meeting you!
