More About Denise
I am deeply honored to be able to assist clients on their paths toward self-empowerment and healing. I have been a life coach, relationship coach and hypnotherapist since 2012, helping people release the blocks that hold them back. I am currently completing a Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy at Antioch University. Prior to my current career I was an actress and studied Massage Therapy in NYC.
In my work with individuals, I utilize a somatic based, trauma lens and draw upon Hypnotherapy, EMDR, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, amongst others. I am trained in the Gottman Method and utilize Emotional Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to help couples move toward greater physical and emotional connection, as well as reduce conflict. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, female identifying and work with monogamous and polyamorous couples. Outside of work I enjoy dancing, painting, traveling, and spending time with my husband and daughter. I look forward to assisting you in achieving your personal and relationship goals.
