About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Child/Adolescent Therapist to join our team of mental health experts. Work with children and adolescents to address emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges in a supportive and collaborative environment.

We have open positions available for LMHCAs LICSWA’s and LMFTAs

  • Unrestricted Licensed Clinicians.
  • Valid Washington State License.
  • Master’s Degree
  • Active LMHCA or LMFTA WA state license.
  • You have a minimum of one year post graduate experience working at an agency or group practice.
  • Motivated and Strong Work Ethic
  • Qualified applicants will work 40 hours per week and will maintain a caseload that consists of a minimum of 25 direct client hours per week.
  • Ability to work with clients in person (adhering to all WA state COVID guidelines)
  • Additional training in EMDR, Play Therapy, and the Gottman Method a plus, however, is not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000- 110,000 per year based on experience.


  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
