Ashlyn Graff

Individual & Couples Therapist

Focus Areas

I believe that people thrive when they are seen, heard, and connected. We all need support sometimes, and I would be honored to help you navigate your journey through life. Our feelings give us important data about ourselves and how we perceive the world, and you deserve to feel them. I can provide a safe and nonjudgmental space to elicit insight about identity, conflicts, trauma, and other problems you may be experiencing. I want to help you live a life where you can practice self acceptance and self love.

More About Ashlyn

Born and raised Washingtonian, people describe me as unique, authentic, genuine, and empathic. I value connection, communication, my relationships with loved ones, having fun, and community.  I believe in radical self expression and foraging your own path in life. I found my love for mental health along my educational and professional journey, and found that my natural aptitude for being present with others would allow me to do amazing things in this field.

I was presented with an opportunity to start my Associates of Applied Sciences free of cost, and this allowed me to begin my education in the helping professions. In my first therapeutic approaches course, I knew that this was what I wanted to do. I continued with getting my Bachelors in Applied Behavioral Science from Seattle Central College, and shortly after entered my Master’s program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. During this time, I worked at a Community Mental Health Clinic helping individuals to find competitive employment. I am so grateful for the opportunities that I’ve been given that allow me to do this work.

When I’m not being a therapist, some of my other passions include listening to and seeing live music, hiking and camping, expression through arts and crafts, doing fun make-up looks, and most importantly, spending time with loved ones.
